I visited this abolishment for the first time on 4/7. I booked an appointment a month in advance for my friend and I. When we arrived at 10am for our we were told we had 15-20mins mins for our appointment, because they had doubled booked. We said ok we understand things happen. So we ran went to go get coffee and came back at 10:20am. When we came back we were told it will be a couple more minutes so we waited. Finally they came to get one of us so I went. Thinking my friend would be taken back shortly. When I got done I came out to pay to learn that my friend was never taken back. She stepped outside to blow her nose f(being respectful) at that time 2 more people came in (walk ins) and they took them back. The time they offered her to take her back I had only 10 mins left of my massage. Then offered her again to take her after I was done. So at that time she had been waiting for a total of 2hrs. I was highly disappointed and asked if they offer anything (nothing free) but maybe a discount. They said no, I again reminded them 3 more times I booked this over a month ago. Professional and clean. Everything feels welcoming and cozy. This isn’t part of a chain spa, so they do things differently; like they will get on the table for pressure and other stretches using their knees and feet. All with purpose of helping your body in what it needs.

First time I had a deep tissue massage from Dee, and he worked on my back. I was sore for about 3 days, which is normal, but after that I didn’t need a back massage for a while (about a month, maybe). He is my favorite, but gets booked quick.

I came because I was having issues from my poor body mechanics (I am also a massage therapist). I had Dar this time and she was wonderful. She assured me I can let her know about any pressure adjustments. She has been a massage therapist since 2008. She was able to find all the knots that gave me troubles. I loved her!

I had the combo and it is the best massage I've ever had. I struggle with tightness and soreness in my neck and after massage I can completely turn my neck today. The therapist asked for areas to address, was very professional, and technique and flow was very smooth and relaxing. He worked my sore areas, but did not linger too much to cause discomfort.
