My review is based off a few different experiences I've had here.
One morning I came in to purchase a couple hundred dollars worth of gift cards and the guy manager on duty (forgot his name) was OUTSTANDING and always is when I go there. He is the definition of great customer service.
Now for the things that weren't so great...
Multiple times I have got the southwest chicken salad that is suppose to come with cilantro and ended up with chopped basil which was not pleasant. It was pretty gross so you may want to label those better.
Also, they are very inconsistent at asking me if I want my salad mixed and when I have to ask them to mix it because they assumed I didn't want it mixed, they have seemed very annoyed that I wanted it mixed.
Lastly, the maybe manager "Heather" I think her name is, is the opposite of the first manager. She seemed very grumpy, didn't smile once and when I handed her an entree voucher that I received legitimately, she didn't seem very happy about it and asked where I got it and seemed to reprimand the manager who I received them from. They are running a promo: for every $25 spent on gift cards you get $5, and I received the vouchers instead (with the same amount I would have got...

A few years back a friend of mine introduced me to Fired Pie until then I never really was a big pizza person. So as I still enjoy your pizza I likely will still visit your other locations on occasion.
But your location needs to take heed, if I'm to pay $9 for a pizza that I only order two toppings on. Neither of them are even a meat. So price wise it is quite expensive for me and you are making a great profit. So if I ask for extra cheese, you benefit more just giving me a few sprinkles more of cheese versus, arguing that you only put a cup of cheese on your pizza, and losing my future business.
What irks me the most though and is why I will not go to your location again, is the fact that the shredded mozzarella cheese I received was from the bottom of the bucket which were tiny little broken pieces( It looked more like powder) and I'm lucky if it was half a cup. Your argument is that if you add more cheese the pizza will not cook correctly. When every single time I've gone in the past I requested extra cheese and my pizza has cooked fine. Read moreI visited this location a little over 90 days ago. I ordered 3 pizzas (2 Cauliflower crust). We received our pizzas and had nothing but a terrible experience since this day. All three pizza had so much burnt residue at the bottom of the pizzas they were almost impossible to eat. I called and spoke with a manager and was told they will talk to the team. I did not ask for a refund this day.
Months later we decided to give this location another try due to us having a great experience at the other locations. I ordered two pizza and not only did it have burnt residue but it was worse than the last experience. My 4 year old son hand looked t if he placed his hand in a pot of soil (this is all because he held one slice of pizza)
I called and was told there were no managers or supervisors at the store and to call the next day and speak with "Lexy" . The employee said there has been numerous amount of complaints in regards to this issue and the team was only being written up. I asked for Lexy and I was told Lexy was not there and that Aynara was only a supervisor and she still could not help me. I am being sent in circles and was told the only thing she could do was let her team know to clean the oven. Someone needs to look into the cleanliness at...
