Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Phoenix

I use to really like this place but after this weekend I don’t think I’ll be back. Ordered a meal through the website, cost almost $19 dollars for one combo. Arrive about 5 mins after ordering and the food is already done. I have a short drive home and when I start eating I realize not only is the food cold, the bread is completely mush, everything is falling apart because of this and the frys are undercooked with cold cheese. Call up there and speak with the “manager” who tells me to get a refund through the app I ordered it on (it was the direct website) or she’ll remake it. I get there and this manger (young girl, red or brown hair, slight acne) takes the food I originally bought and remakes the food. No apology, acknowledgement etc. sets the bag on the counter and walks away. I asked her to please remake my drink because at this point it’s watery and I haven’t been able to enjoy it with my food. Again with an attitude she does, but doesn’t bother putting ice in it. Just sets it on the counter and walks away again. As a manager myself and someone who works in customer service this girl is in the wrong position. Taking out your frustrations on a customer because YOUR employees didn’t make an order correct is wild. An apology goes a long way in...

I have been to this place a few times. I enjoy their sandwiches. Customer service, they are all very polite and someone is always at the front register. My complaint is regarding price for portion. They have a very high price for small portions. If 2 people are going and both want regular sandwich, fries and a drink for both you are looking at an easy 30 dollars. To me the food is goos but portions are getting smaller and prices are too much. I tried the Bacon Cheese Fried and when I saw the amount of chess on the fries, (didn't even touch all the fries on top, let not to even mention the fries under it) I asked for a little more cheese, on my 5 dollar, Mcdonalds small size fries, they said they would have to charge me another 60 cents. So I paid for more cheese, I got more cheese in my side cup the on my 5 dollar fries. I will have to be really craving their sandwich specifically. But this location is in Phoenix where many other Philly cheesesteak places are open. I will choose to go...

If I could give zero I would . Been coming to this location for so long minimum Ones a week , on Saturday I called and made 4 orders and paid for them with my card , when we picked up the sandwiches 3 out of 4 was made wrong . So I called them to let them know what’s going on and if we can fix it , so they put the manager on the phone , I explain to her what’s going on , she put me on hold and another lady start talking to me and she kept saying we don’t do refunds back , I kept telling her I need just to fix the orders , I was on the phone for over 17 minutes talking to this lady and when I asked her where is the manager she kept saying I’m one of the managers and later on she kept saying I’m not the manager and nothing I can do . I can go and go of this worse experience but i guess you got the point . Something change in this location to make it the worse...
