Vien Nail — Attraction in Phoenix

I hate leaving bad reviews but this time I feel like I had to do it, this is my third time coming to this place. The first two times I was kind of disappointed but it wasn't this bad, I will upload pictures of my nails so you can see what im talking about, first pic is my inspirational picture and those are what I received. On top of the bad job I also hate that the place is filthy and dusty and I had to wait every single time over an hour, all three times my nails were done by the same guy who is a nice person but not good at his job unfortunately, on top of it all he takes smoke breaks which is really unprofessional. I just got home at 7 pm and was so upset that I had a good cry to let my emotions out. Like I paid $50 for these nails that my 5 year old would have done a better job. The polish doesn't look nothing like what I asked for. Needless to say that I would never be back. Do better please, the economy is so bad and earning $50 dollars is hard. I'm so bummed right now. Have been here a few times, but their front customer service is less than enjoyable. I’ve gotten the hint that they don’t like walk ins, even though they say they are welcome. If you walk in, you wait forever, you feel like they are annoyed and get a rushed service. My schedule is very unpredictable so I’m unable to book well in advance so I often try to get in same day if available. So, I always call the morning of the day I’d like to try and come in a see if they even have time. If so, I’ll normally try to get an appointment on their books so that I have a slot. Well, I didn’t make an appt today or tomorrow bc of the conversation I had on the phone.

Been coming here for over 3 years. Had great experiences and some that weren't so great. To take from this salon. It is an AFDORDABLE decent place to get my nails done. $20 pedi and $25 gel mani. 95% of the time they do amazing job. The back massage pedi chairs are worth the pedi no matter what. The people are usually funny or sweet. There have been times they turn me away or ask me to come back later. THANK YOU FOR THAT! I have had other salons say they will take. Me and 45 mins later they take me and the whole time I had no idea it would be that long of a wait. So I appreciate then understanding timing and prioritizing appointments. When you complain. Remember you get why you pay for. Of you want fancy treat you like a princess....go pay for it. If you want quality and good people. Welcome to Vien!
