Bello’s barbershop Pittsburg — Attraction in Pittsburg

New to Pittsburg, in search of a new barbershop. God Blessed me with a son, so both of us need clean cuts now. Saw this barbershop online, thought I’d give it a try, and it’s local to us. Called ahead (2 days) to make an appointment for my son & I; JR, the manager, made my appointments with barber Anahil, I even received text confirmation on my phone. It’s my son’s birthday party this weekend so a fresh cut is a MUST! Today, appointment day arrived! Got the whole family in the car and we headed over to Bellos for our appointments. Soon as I parked, I saw someone sitting in the barber’s chair and thought, well, this isn’t good, it’s our appointment time. Walked in, they asked if we had an appointment, I said yes, and gave the time. The barber said she was behind and late, NOT A GOOD SIGN OFF THE BAT, and we’re first time customers. Not 5, 10, or 15mins behind, but 20MINS! Fine, whatever.. we took a seat and began to wait……………………………………… after not 20 but 30mins, I told the family, LET’S GO! Anahil did not bother to check-in with us to keep us posted, a COMPLETE lack of care, concern, or customer service for us first time customers. And from the shampoo, cut, and styling she was doing on her customer, she easily would’ve taken another hour or more!

This place does not honor their appointment times, does not exhibit care or concern for new customer’s time or schedule. They’re all friendly on the phone but once you show up it’s just sit and wait. They have a nice waiting area with a TV and Roku, but with “NO INTERNET CONNECTION” it’s so. damn. useless!

I cannot recommend this business to friends, families, or even strangers. Do not waste your time or energy booking an appointment or coming here, there are many other barbershops that will accommodate you and your family, especially as first time customers.

This was such an amazing experience!!

I booked my appointment online, a simple and easy process. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I made an appointment online, whiched I confirmed. After which was I then offered water or something else to drink while I waited until my appointment, and the wait wasn't long at all. I had my haircut done by Cesar. I explained what I wanted and showed him a picture as a reference, after that he started cutting my hair. He made sure to pay close attention to detail and by the time he finished I felt like a new man, 10/10 haircut. I'll be back for sure, I plan on becoming a regular here. I took my nephew here the other day becuz I use to go to thier other location in bay point but decided to give thier new shop in pitt a try since nephew lives closer.. long story short impressed since me and my nephew been to a few shops around the block they Gret u right when u walk in very welcoming very sanitary (coming from a person with high ocd ) they bard my nephew up btw he always has this weird cowlick in the back of his head and they managed that and fixed his naturally messed up hair line I give this shop 100 outa 100 cuz he went in lookin like a sweaty dog who hasn’t showered and came out...
