Over the years, I've developed a penchant for their exquisite menu, and this time was no exception. I ordered a variety of dishes, including shrimp fried rice, sweet and sour pork, hot and sour soup, sweet and sour chicken, beef chow fun, and shrimp and broccoli. Each dish was a delightful symphony of flavors, showcasing the chef's skill in creating authentic and mouthwatering Chinese cuisine.

All I Can say is WOW! The food here is AMAZING! I have tried pretty much every Chinese Restaurant in Pittsburg and the surrounding cities and Uncle Wang is BY FAR the best I have had. My party ordered the Honey Walnut shrimp, which was absolute FIRE! Not like the typical soggy over battered stuff at the other restaurants. It was perfectly crispy, with good size quality shrimp. Perfect amount of sauce with great flavor. We also got the Cashew Chicken, which was super good. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not dry or rubbery like the other places I've been. The seasoning and sauce was perfect. Chicken chow mein was great, noodles were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was perfect. Uncle Wang’s Chinese Restaurant is an absolute treasure. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic dishes. The fried rice and chow mein was top tier. The asparagus was hands down the best I've ever had. I also got the Beijing Beef, so flavorful and we'll seasoned. My favorite has to be the chicken wings, this is a must when you go here. So crispy but also tender and juicy.

What really sets Uncle Wang’s apart is the attention to detail and quality. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to make recommendations. I loved how the entire staff was super friendly and all of them had a smile on their faces. I've been to plenty of restaurants where the staff looked like they didn't want to be there which killed the vibe but it was completely different here.
