I had a fantastic experience thanks to Vanessa. I placed an order for flowers and noticed the delivery date showed Friday instead of Thursday (possibly a system issue or even my own mistake). I emailed to check if it could be delivered on Thursday, and Vanessa kindly responded just after closing time, apologising as they had been very busy towards the end of the day—which I completely understood. Even though the shop had already finished for the day, Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure the flowers were delivered as needed. That kind of dedication and care is rare, and I truly appreciate the effort she put in. I usually order from here for my family in the US (as I’m based in London), and this experience just reassures me that I’ve chosen the right place....

I really appreciate the service they provide. I've patronized them over the years and have never been disappointed. The arrangements are always reasonably priced. They'll work w/your budget & even custom design an arrangement. The staff's always been helpful & courteous. My lady treated me to a wonderful birthday weekend so I thought I'd say thanks w/some flowers. Purple is her favorite color & they had the perfect arrangement. They now offer 30 second video messages! The personal note is still available but a video message is even better. I placed the order online around 7:30ish & requested the delivery be made by noon if possible. It was delivered w/in two hours! It was a well received surprise. Thank you...

I ordered flowers through this shop for my mother on Mother's Day. I selected the custom bouquet option with few suggestions since the Covid-19 situation makes sourcing specific flowers challenging. My mother received the bouquet and was SO pleased with them! She adores the arrangement and the vase that was selected, too!
