Appliances 4 Less — Attraction in Placentia

This review is strictly for the customer service provided by the store since I have only had my refrigerator for 2 weeks. I was initially recommended by a friend to check out Appliances 4 Less. On my first visit, Fao (hopefully I spelled that right) was very helpful without being pushy. I looked at a few refrigerators then went home to look at the reviews. I went back a day or two later to look at other models. When I could not find what I wanted, he told me that more were coming in the next week. My next visit, I met Alan who showed me refrigerators that had been delivered earlier that week. I ended up finding the perfect one. Although the refrigerators may have cosmetic damage such as scratches or small dents (hence the lowered prices), the appliance itself is brand new!! I was lucky that my fridge only had a minor scratch on the side. Alan and I agreed on a delivery date and time, and he was on time to the minute. Alan and his coworker worked quickly to haul away my old fridge and install the new one which is working perfectly. If you don't have an issue with cosmetics but want a new appliance (I saved approximately $400-500), check this store out. Hopefully, I won't need a washer anytime soon, but if I did, I would check...

Jazmine, the receptionist, was fantastic; I gave her the measurements and my requirements, and she promptly sent me photos. The next day, my new appliances were delivered. The excellent service continued with Luna and Allen, who were incredibly patient and helped clean the area after removing my old unit, installing the new one quickly and flawlessly.
