ProSource of North Orange County — Local services in Placentia

My family used ProSource of North Orange County for all tile needs (floors, shower walls, shower floors, shampoo boxes, etc.) for three complete bathroom remodels. I was referred to ProSource by our construction contractor. Our primary Account Manager was Troy Hanson, but we also received help and assistance from Joanna Domingo, Jimmy Vo, Tim Walsh. All ProSource personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. We made personal appointments with Troy to select all tile materials. Troy patiently worked with us to "design" and select materials that would complement each other until we were satisfied with our selections. Thereafter, Troy took photographs of all sample materials for each bathroom so that we had a visual record of our selections. Troy placed our orders with all tile vendors and then supplied us with a detailed listing of where to pick up each purchased material including the expected time of arrival for each material. Overall I am very pleased with the service, selection, and prices from ProSource and would highly recommend them. My only area of difficulty was that I had to personally pick up all materials from four different vendors (locations), which was quite a task and took numerous trips. I don't know whether there was an option to pick up all materials at one location or perhaps have them delivered to my home as these options were not offered and we didn't think to ask when we placed our order. In the future we would prefer to have the entire order delivered to our home, even if a reasonable delivery fee...

Gayle and the rest of the staff at ProSource Wholesale were amazing from beginning to end in helping us completely redo our kitchen and laundry.

Let me start by saying I’m extremely particular, meticulous, as well as indecisive which can be a nightmare for those on the other side of any sales counter from me. On top of that we had a fairly strict modest budget we had to stick to. Gayle was accommodating, patient, and did an amazing job guiding us through the process. She went above and beyond to get us what we wanted at the price we needed. Our kitchen and laundry turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations, mainly due to Gayle ensuring everything was taken care of along the way. The overall result is perfect and all we have left now is to acquire a table for the breakfast nook to make the transformation complete. We couldn’t be happier and everyone who has seen it loves it. Also a shoutout to Jimmy who helped us pick out and secure a great price on our new wood flooring. It was such a great look that we decided to lay it throughout the whole house.

I am on the Board of Directors for a Home Owners Association (HOA) and we are modernizing our lobby. This involved changing from carpet to another type of flooring. I contacted Troy at ProSource who had provided excellent service and a quality product to me when I was upgrading my home a couple of years ago. Despite all of the travails of Covid, he was still able to offer the same high quality service. I arranged to meet him at the store in Placentia and he showed infinite patience as he capably brought out samples in the price range, type, and color choices that I was seeking. After the selection was made, he handled the complexities of dealing with the management company for our condo building that was making the payment and the installer that the company sent to complete the transaction.
