My car was abruptly broke down on the highway 78, at 11:30 pm. I was so scared in the middle of nowhere. On the google, I happened to find AZ Towing Service. Yorman kindly responded to my call and arrived to my location in a timely manner. On the way home, there was huge traffic on the George Washington Bridge and it took more than three hours to pass through the bridge. However, he showed his kindness and charged reasonable service fee. He saved me. I had mindset that towing service company was dishonest and unkind but he changed my perception. Called for Jump start. They were unable on first attempt. "We'll be right back." Never came back, for the whole day. No calls, and my calls to them went to a full voice mailbox. Two days. Damn it, at least listen and respond to voice mail!

Excellent. There’s not much to say about a good towing service. They picked ip my car, and were quick and careful. They brought it to my repair shop without an issue. And they charged me the price they quoted which was very fair.

What makes them excellent is all the other garbage I didn’t experience 🤣.
