if i want i would have give them a zero * i know am posting it late but this is scam & fake company. Already Gieco insurance had put them on blacklist after what they did with me. on 14 july my car got stuck and i was calling them with the help of my insurance at 7pm and they came at 11:45pm which i can understand coz of the flood on that day. Then they took my car to their parking lot and they will send to the dealer on 15th July but they didn’t. I was following up with them continuously then they said it will be done on 16th july but till evening 4pm no response and then that lady Blenca is telling me that i can call another tow company coz they can’t tow today, ok my insurance assigned another tow company, they came in 30 minutes but they left empty coz Blenca that lady told them that the car is impounded. guys just note everytime u call this lady blenca she will change her statement. 16th july evening when i again call her that y u didn’t give the car to the other towing company, she said u have to pay $100 for 2 days parking then only ur car will be send to dealer. i called my insurance company they said ok we will split 50-50 , i agree to this coz i need my car to be at the dealer. i took a 1 hour break from my work and went over there coz that lady blenca told me to bring cash only. what i see there is a garage and there are 5-6 people talking doing their mechanic work and drinking beer 🍺. I went inside the small office in the garage give her the cash $50 to blenca and she said no receipt, ur car will go tomorrow morning 5-6 am at the dealer. $50 in her pocket , scammer . next day 17th july my car was at dealer in the afternoon at around 1pm. The mechanics Arturo and the one eye man are very good people, however their boss is very bitchy , rude and obnoxious. She likes money too much . I had my car towed by plainfield police. When I went to here she said she will charge me for the initial day of towing my car which is not part of her contract with the plainfield police department. She then went on to say she was closed at 3.40pm which was false because on her contract she was supposed to be open till 5. They tow your car to 1003 Lincoln blvd in Middlesex NJ which was supposed to be a secret location, because she wouldn't give the address to me. I had to call the police officer in charge of towing, because I knew the law. to cut the long story short there was an initial $75 fee for towing the car and then $40 storage fee. The day I was trying to pay i went to get a phone call and the she decided to sneak out of the office and go home so I can pay an extra day of storage fee. Only credit deserved is being timely, but that's it. Other than that, it was poor service. Our C300 Mercedes needed towing to a shop and this choice was picked through GEICO's roadside assistance. Our car was parked on a straight street which is great for a tow trucker to pick up on a flatbed. Super easy, no curves or bends or weird parking to light up....apparently this banana head didn't give a crap despite how easy the pickup was (see picture below)....all angular sitting on the flatbed. My wife even spoke his language and found him to be a jerk. Not at all professional. Tried calling the number on the truck later to give them my opinion of their service and was met with yelling too.
