I came to Dr.Kishen because Iâve been mistreated by my daughters precious pediatrician. It was also a coincidence that she saw me as a child as well ! It meant a lot that she remembered me after being out of her clinic for almost 10 yrs. That was very touching and showed me she really takes pride in her profession. She is currently seeing my newborn and iâm overly satisfied with her care. Dr.Kishen solved my daughters issue and most importantly gave me alternatives when it came to my daughterâs feeding. I never had to enforce labs or follow ups because she as her pediatrician stayed on top of it. She is such a kind hearted women and i love how she treats my daughter with so much patience. At some point during a follow up appointment while evaluating my daughter , she fed and soothed my daughter because she was hysterical. Itâs normal for newborns to cry but itâs the fact she took the initiative to not let my daughter cry it out during her evaluation. Dr.Kishen made sure she felt comfortable and safe which is most important and says a lot about her character. Also I adore her MA named Stephanie. She has been nothing but helpful and is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. Overall the team was great and this is what puts the icing on the cake. My daughter needed a new prescription for a specialist and with no problem they were able to fax a new one in less than 20 mins , a hour before my daughterâs appointment. Usually in other offices they donât like to handle last...
Read moreI'm not satisfied with the service and care they provide. Staff is often rude even when there's kids in the waiting area. Pediatricians idk but maybe they shouldn't be one since they act like my son has some viral disease that they can't even touch him. All he had was a severe diaper rash in which I said many times can it be any foods? And they said no. I even asked if they can order an allergy test for him. Bc I can't keep going to them every time my son has a rash. In which the new pediatrician was able to listen to me and analyze him and was not scared to touch him ordered him the allergy test and he has food allergies and that's why his little bum was so bad he litteraly has scraps and they still call it a infection yea a infection turn out to be severe food allergies.
Transphobic doctor, my younger brother comes to her and asked respectfully to be called his name and she still did not call him by his nameâ we will be going to another doctor.
Also- I told this doctor I thought I may have ADD and she told me that itâs probably my âstrict family that is making me all over the placeâ despite knowing nothing about my family, assuming so because we are Pakistani.
I also told this doctor that I would prefer a referral to a female gynecologist and she was extremely culturally insensitive and told me âwhat do your parents think, that theyâll stick something inside of you at the doctor?â
Dr. Kishen is horrific. Culturally, familial, socially, unprofessional and very disrespectful and sassy to her patients. She may be okay with babies since she canât be mean to them, but any kids older than middle school I highly suggest...
