Very disappointed. This is a brand new Goodwill. Only opened a few months ago and the building was built new from the ground up. Its gigantic and very modern looking from the outside. Inside.... a serious disorganized mess with very little inventory. I went in today looking for short sleeved summer shirts, ladies size medium. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how blazing loud the music was. It was much louder than any other store I've ever been in and since it wasn't my genre of Interest I found that very annoying because I couldn't even block it out it was just too darn loud. I found the 2 rows designated for a ladies short sleeve tops. There were markers for the different sizes, small medium large and extra-large. However, those markers did nothing. In every section was every size of every gender. For instance in the section marled "ladies small" there should have been size small ladies tops. Instead I found everything from petite extra small to a size 3xxx in ladies shirts, men's shirts (which did not belong in the ladies section) and even children and infants clothing wax mixed into the ladies short sleeve shirts. I went to the medium section and sure enough there was every size from extra small to a 3 XXL in women's, men's, and children's. Not just an occasional out of place shirt here and there, there were equal amounts of every size in every size section, ie. The section marked medium had equal amounts of small tops medium tops large tops and extra large tops. what is the point of having size markers on the racks if the clothing isn't going to be sorted accordingly? I do realize people sometimes pick something up in one place and put it back in another and staff isn't able to constantly correct things but this was just a complete disorganized mess and it was very clear that no one was trying to keep it organized. I was surprised by how little inventory they had of a ladi summer shirts, then I found the rest mixed in the men's section! There were 2 employees in the store, both standing near the register chatting and laughing. Neither were doing anything in regards to work. There were several large wheeled racks of new clothing that needed to be put out that were blocking all the aisles, but nothing was getting done with it. I went to where the household goods are, as well as kitchenware and furniture and found more of the same mess. Furniture in where the dishes were, children's toys mixed in with the tables Linens, handbags piled on top of knick-knacks, etc. I asked one of the employees if they knew everything in the ladies section was completely mixed up and not sorted by side and the answer I received was "yeah I know but that's not my job I work register" Keep in mind the ladies short sleeve shirts are the very first thing in front of the register and for the entire hour I was in there not one customer checked out and yes there were two employees in there but they chatted the entire time and one of them actually begin to dance to a song that came on. I was just really annoyed at the attitude the employees displayed and a total disregard they had to want to make the place more shoppable. I needed to try on a shirt I found and when I asked if they could unlock the fitting room door the person I asked, one of the two employees, rolled their eyes and sighed as if it was a major inconvenience. While this store is only a half a mile from my house I will not go there again. I don't want to be the cause of making people actually work for their money nor do I want to have to look through every single size of women's men's and children's clothing to find one ladies size medium shirt. I was so excited when they were building this and have donated to it several times, through the drive-thru drop off - this was my first time in. I sure hope somebody steps up and does some employee training or some employee replacement or this place will be...
Read moreVery large selection of clothes and accessories here. I was able to find a few skirts (I wasn't able to find any good skirts or at all at other Goodwills), a cute hat, nice gloves, and a soft scarf. I struggle finding XXS shirts anywhere so not surprised that I couldn't find many here (the large kids clothes were too tiny for me too). Unlike other Goodwills, there's a decent/large selection of white colored things - lots of white clothes and a decent amount of white shoes. I subtracted a star because the prices aren't a steal or fantastically good, they're just okay (especially for the quality/brands of the clothes). Each skirt I bought costed $7 each. This store is good for finding the things you need/want used (and have a hard time finding at other...
Read moreLooking thru men's shirts, found them completely unorganized. All the sizes were thrown together. Started taking out shirts that were in the wrong section and placing them on top of the rack. Explained to manager what I was doing and was told I should bring them all to the racks by the dressing room so they would be put back properly. Very rude manager. Household items were crammed onto shelves so that it was difficult to see what was there. They obviously wanted to put out as much as the shelves would hold with no regard for displaying. On the way out, five customers were waiting in line with no cashier anywhere around. Think I will stick to Savers. Much more organiaed and...
