Going, Going, Gone! — Local services in Plainville

So disappointing! So I decided to purchase a bike from Dicks and you'd think it be a smooth easy purchase but no... So I found the bike I wanted purchased it the same day but apparently the bike Tech wasn't in.. They said Randy the bike tech would have it finished by tomorrow so I left the bike and came back the next day around 530ish... ( more than enough time you would think?) When they bring the bike out from the back of the store the bike wasn't completed.... simple things like tire pressure, air, water bottle holder and kick stand... simple? Nope! The assistant manager Chris came out And explain that they forgot about it no big deal... Instead of trying to help me and apologize he did nothing as it happens all the time! (Well not everyone has time to waste on something so small that could have been avoided) he only apologized after I asked to speak with the GM and offered to add a "free" water bottle holder and kick stand but little did he know I paid for it already and it was never put on... At the end had to leave the bike two days just to complete these SIMPLE things...

I loved this store until today. Justin the “manager” was rude, disrespectful, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. He was on a power trip and completely disregarded me and anything I had to say. I will never return as long as he’s employed there.

Long story short I had a $15 pair of kids shorts that the security tag was not taken off of. Three Stars because you can find some of the same higher end items cheaper on Amazon with the exception of some small priced items like Cascade water filter and Slime bike tire tubes to name a few. And since this is a Dick’s Warehouse, most of the items are items from other stores they can’t sell due to being over/under sized or out of fashion. It was hard for me to find medium size clothes. Also, the store had this “picked over” vibe with merchandise scattered everywhere like a Goodwill store but less organized. And lastly, the Dick’s barcode price check App didn’t always show you the price of item you scanned...
