Their kids clothing department is a mess. All the sizes are mixed together and you have to play scavenger hunt and there was carts in the aisle blocking it. This is a direct complaint t to one of their managers called Monica. I have been going to this Marshall’s for over 2 years and my fiancé is usually the one that we go to pay to because why not? Right. Well today, this woman wasted our time by changing us to another cashier because he “couldn’t register us”. She didn’t show us any policy or even approached us and was very arrogant. Horrible customer service with no regard for customers. Manager ignored the large line growing and none of the 3 open registers were moving as they all needed the manager apparently. 3 more workers stood behind the counter looking at all the customers and no one did anything until manager finally acknowledged line 10 mins and 12 customers later.
