DORO Marketplace — Restaurant in Plainville

The manager was very poor in managing the establishment I placed an order for a simple grilled cheese and a chicken dinner with 2 sides and 2 drinks 37.50 was the total we got the grilled cheese and no dinner I waited a half hour I went to the counter and the manager said she sent that order out so I asked if she’s going to get me another order she stood there as if I should pay again for my order then I went sat and waited another 20 minutes before I got my food the chicken was cold and so were both my sides I’ll never go there again you get a better fast meal at Panera plus you get a choice of apple bread or chips. Management needs to be trained so if they’re one person short they can do the function that needs to be filled and attitude towards customers need great improvement the person serving also had to bus some tables and the tables...

This is a cute little cafe. I've enjoyed every meal i have had here and have had decent coffee (the pumpkin spice latte is amazing, the baklava coffee I didn't like). I do find the food to be a bit pricy for Plainville's standards. Their "Zohara Hummus Toast" is nearly $10. $10 for a piece of bread with hummus and a few veggies on it.

Anyway, if I were you I would definitly give Doro Marketplace a try. It is a far better option than panera or other chains that take frozen food out of a plastic bag and throw it in a toaster. This location has a lot of room for growth. Every staff member I have interated with is friendly and kind. I would love to see some breakfast specials in the future, I'm sure that would bring some...

The food is fabulous! The service was good,but the lady taking my order didn't pay attention that I wanted 2 croissants she put in only 1and I didn't notice until I got home. Very difficult parking near the entrance,handicapped parking is far and next to the Marijuana shop,other end of building. They should put handicapped parking near Doro and the sandwich shop next door. Going inside is a long line,and anyone with walking disabilities will find it quite difficult to stand in line to order. It would be nice to place a bench or couple of chairs nearest to ordering line to help those elderly with disabilities.
