Grace Home Health Inc — Attraction in Plano

My dad has been living at Parkview in Allen for the last 3 years following mom’s death. Four months ago, he had a feeding tube inserted…nothing could be taken orally. Grace to the rescue. On short notice, they pulled all of their people in for a training from Medicare (had to be certified). At first they were connecting him up first thing in the morning, crushing and giving him his meds, and stopping by throughout the day to assisting with potty breaks and trips to play Bingo. Then, every evening, they would move him to the bedroom and situate him for the night. These people were so wonderful and kind. He now can disconnect and reconnect on his own…but Grace still sets him up in the morning and gives him his meds and tucks him in at night. They even trouble shoot the pump on occasion when it gets clogged.

I have dealt with just about everyone on the Grace team over the last few months and cannot say enough about their gracious and caring attitudes. Ebella is wonderful. I love this woman. Highly recommend their...

Do not use Grace Home Health, after 3 week of getting the referral o start my therapist was great. But when the Nurse came out To do assessment, he placed his nasty pad and tools that he had folded up in his bag in my Kitchen countertop where we eat and prepare food on. This pad was not new, it was not Sterile, and he probably take it from house to house.When my wife Brought it to his attention, His hold attitude changed. He then told me that I had Enough exercise to continue on my own. I had 2-4 weeks left if visit, but when my Therapist was trying to schedule my next visit for the next day, I was dropped. I will not name the nurse that done the Assessment but he knows who he is.They never came out to Discharge me, nor did I get a copy of what they did when I request my records.This Mom -Pops company do not need to be in Home health care business.But again I had a fantastic therapist, she was great!

Our mother has been in the loving care of Grace Home Health for over 3 years. The staff had truly been a Godsend. The staff is loving, caring and knowleable. If a dr sends special orders the staff very willingly and carefully carries out the orders staying in contact with drs if needed. The staff contacts us when special needs arise and in turn we can call them anytime as they are always accommodating and available. This group was truly a Godsend to us at a very emotional time. They have tremendously lessened the physical and emotional burden on us as a family. We have entrusted our mothers care to them 24/7. They are like extensions of our hands in caring for our mother. We love them like family because they are our eyes when we are not with our mother. We would recommend (and have) this Health Care group without even the tiniest reservation.
