TLDR; Jalin Jewelers is honest, fair, and talented and they’ll have my business until they shut down.

I’ve been coming to Jalin for a couple of years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I inherited a very precious family heirloom (my great great grandmother’s diamond ring). It had been appraised a year or two before I inherited it but I needed to get it reappraised and it was so important to me that someone HONEST appraise it so I could insure it. A year or so later I took in my engagement ring to be appraised. When I received the appraisal and had questions, Todd took the time to answer all of them and explain the why behind everything and also checked again to make sure everything was correct. I brought in some stones and gold I had to have Todd make my husband a new wedding band. It is GORGEOUS!!! We could not be happier with the customer service and products we’ve received....

Jalin was referred to me through my fiancés sister who had no shortage of wonderful things to say about her experience, and I could not have been more impressed with my experience as well. Todd and Tara made me feel like I was literally their only customer and were always available whenever I had any questions throughout the entire engagement ring process. The end result was a more stunning piece of jewelry than what I had originally envisioned on the finger of my beautiful bride to be, and both of us could not be happier with how it turned out. I won’t go to another Jeweler now, and would absolutely recommend Jalin 10/10 times to anyone looking to receive the same level of white gloves service that I did. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. I went in dressed casually and straight away they were being judgmental. I was the only customer in there and they were ignoring all my questions someone else walked in and they started helping them when they were not acknowledging the fact that I was there. Even after I still kept looking found a beautiful ring and when I asked for prices they assumed I couldn’t afford it and he said they could not get it fitted Bc it was special... how does that make sense ... I decided to leave at that point and asked her for the next closest jewelry store. She lied and said it’s 10 miles away. There’s one...
