I went with my husband on opening day. What a cute place! If you haven't painted pottery before, it's really fun. You can get as creative as you like. There are many unfinished ceramic items to pick from - coffee mugs, piggy banks, candle holders, all kinds of stuff, useful and decorative, and dozens of paint colors to pick from. After painting your piece, you leave it there to be fired in the kiln and come back maybe a week or so later to pick it up. I'm excited to have a place like this nearby!    Read morei just went to the Cozy Kiln with my friend and it was a really wonderful place! It's a beautiful little studio with tons of fantasic ceramic options to paint. It has such a relaxing atmosphere and it was fun to just sit and chat. Oh and the owner, Jessica, was soooo friendly and incredibly helpful too! I wasn't sure how to get started and she took the time to sit down with me and a little guidance. I can't wait til my little turkey is ready to come home!
