Karnation Intimate Apparel Inc. — Attraction in Pocatello

I have come to this store many times and have enjoyed my visits. But today, I went in with a friend to help her pick out a new corset. While looking for her I found something I wanted to try on. The lady who helped us at first was wonderful. She did everything she could to help me. Unfortunately it just didn't work for my body shape. As we looked around further I found something else to try on. A different lady attended to me this time. First thing she asked "were you looking to buy a corset today?" I said "well, if I find something that works for me"

She did not even try to lace me up properly. She asked "have you found anything that works for you?" I said "no not yet" so she then asked if she should unlace me.

If I had recieved better service I would have purchased the second corset. Sadly I will not be purchasing anything...

I ordered some items online from the Pocatello store and two of them came defective. One didn’t have tags already so I couldn’t return it even though the clasp was broken and the other one (a pj teddy) hadn’t been sewn all the way so it had a hole. They supposedly look over the items but these were SENT WITH DEFECTS. I brought it into the store and they refused to give me my money back, even though it was THEIR FAULT and they didn’t have another one in my size. They would only do store credit, which I don’t need. I understand doing so if it was just me wanting to return something but when it’s their fault, I should get my money back. So disappointed. Especially with how expensive...

I was struggling to find the right strapless bra for my niece's wedding, online was no help since the reviews did not really tell me much. I had even made a few purchases, only to find slipping and no support. I had spent more than a month and money I did not like spending, and I just didn't want to waste any more time or money on the wrong bra.
