This food had no flavor!!! Disappointing to say the least. See pics below ⬇️ First, the fried rice was bland and it tasted like chicken broth. I asked if all the chicken entrees were made with white meat? and the man behind the counter pointed to the mushroom chicken and curry chicken potatoes, I guess he me meant these were the only 2 made with white meat? I don’t care for dark chicken meat it’s just my preference that’s the reason I asked. So it really limited my options down to two. I went with the mushroom chicken and BBQ pork and fried rice. The mushroom were big chunks I don’t care for that and the dish had no flavor it was just bland. The BBQ pork tasted almost like it had a fishy flavor to it? The pictures on the front window didn’t look anything like the food at all. The food was as luke warm and not hot. In temperature or flavor. I had to put soy sauce on the fried rice and their version of Sriracha sauce on the entrees. I only ate half and threw out the rest in the garbage. The size of the styrofoam box was tiny! So small! Even Panda Express’ box is bigger and that says something. Overall it was poor quality and I will never go back. I only went to that restaurant because my friend was driving and he said the food was really good. What he calls good it’s definitely different than what I think is good. I have had good Chinese food in San Francisco at the Empress of China and Tao Tao in Sunnyvale, California and this was definitely not good. Not even close to “good”.

I know you are looking to see if this place is better than Panda Express. IT 110% IS. I used to go there all the time when I was in high school. It's way more traditional and flavorful than Panda, yet manages to keep its fast food feel. The Great Wall EXPERIENCE offers SO much more for the same prices.

I knew this restaurant was going to be great when I saw the faded menu signs. And I was right, the walnut shrimp and fried rice was amazing. The restrooms were clean and stocked. Overall, 5/5 one of the best chinese restaurants I've been to.

I'd like to start by saying that when I come during lunch time, the food is amazing and the staff are wonderful. However, the teenage boy that works nights is absolutely terrible at customer service. I will drive all the way to the other location before ever coming to this location at night time again. I came in tonight and he was immediately stone faced and unpleasant, then I couldn't hear him very well bc he was talking downward (and the kids in the booth were playing a video on the phone rather loud) and instead of him just speaking a little louder, he literally starts yelling everything ridiculously loud at me like I was stupid. It was completely embarrassing and uncalled for. He also was barely filling the container so I ended up just paying for a side of the low mein rather than risking asking him to put the correct amount in it bc who knows how he would have treated me at that point. I do not recommend going at night just go to the other one or save your trip for...

Great place to eat. It's pretty darn cheap and I really like the variety of food. I especially like the lemon chicken. Oh, and their cream cheese wontons are to die for! I don't get them very often, but when I feel like a real treat I get them. I've never left there hungry and you get a free drink with your meal. All in all I don't have any complaints. It's not what you would call a wonderful ambiance, but that doesn't mean much to me, the food is what...
