this is the worse service i have ever got anywhere! working in retail i dont like to write reviews as i know that there is usually a second stories and i know how it feels; However this is the most ridiculous service i ever seen! the delivery guys was clueless, they didn't have the tools take out my old bed frame and told me i was suppose to do it before they got there. One no delivery service does that. Ashley furniture does it for you, lowes does it for you etc. second the sale person said that they were going to haul it away for me. Third instead of hauling it away they made me put two sets of bed standing up in my small apartment living room because they didn't have room in their truck to load them... so now i have no room to walk around my place thank to that. third they put the mattresses in the wrong rooms. they gave my roommate my bed and my roommate bed to me so we had to move the beds again in already crowded apartment that they left me for me. they most likely got them mixed up due to them being wrapped wrong. in other words they put the wrappers on the wrong mattress which i don't even know how you do. Then the delivery guys complain that it was all the salesperson fault that there is no room on their truck and i need to call him which i will tomorrow. My other Roommate was going to buy. they also blame him for not telling me the drivers didnt have the tools to do their job. Well my wife and me have been to alot of matters stores that day trying to find a new bed for me because of my surgery's and where treated poorly and were pushed to buy the most expensive bed but when we went to that store we walked in and were meet with a pleasant welcome and was asked how they could help and we told them what we were looking for and what kinda support I needed and was shown around and to try different ones and we found the right one that was perfect and decided on it when we got to the counter we were told that it was going to have to be delivered but didn't know if it was able to were we live witch is a hour and half away and was worried was very happy of the price was not pushed to buy expensive but then the sales guys said that they might have one just like the one we picked out that I could take that day but was a little taller than the other i live in a fifth wheel trailer but the bed that was there was a inch taller so we looked at it laid down on it and fell in love and then was told that it was cheaper than the other one and I can take it that day I was very happy with the way we were treated and kindness that we got from your store and when are house is done we will be in again to get other ones and I have told a lot of my family and friends that they need to go see your store and staff we are very appreciated of the kindness and care of your...

My wife and I finally made our big upgrade from our full size bed to a king, and so we wanted to be sure we were getting the right bed for us the first time.

Rob showed us all of the bed types, firmness levels, and recommendations for the way we sleep (for example, more edge support). He also went over the construction of the two beds we liked the most, so that we could make sure we got the bed that would still feel right to us years down the line and not just right out of the box. We spent lots of time testing the types of beds and Rob hung out with our infant too. Then we picked the bed, and got all set up with financing and delivery. The bed will be here tomorrow and we are very excited!

It was busy in the showroom today but Rob went above and beyond to make sure we were always being served, even though we weren't on a tight timeline, just going that extra step and being so genuine.
