Tim who said was the sales manager was having a personal conversation with a coworker for a few minutes while I waited. Finally Tim says I'm sorry about that what can I do for you? So I explained that I wanted dark tint on all my windows and asked for a price. Tim noticed that I already had tint on the back windows and said that he could do the front windows and match the film. I confirmed by asking, "oh so you can match it?" He said yes we will match your film so the back and the front will be the same. I agreed and the work was done. I was happy when I drove away. In the course of my day I noticed that the NEWLY tinted windows have an amber color, and my back windows have a blue hue. I went back to the shop and I spoke to Tim. I reminded him that he told me that they would match the tint. Immediately without even looking at the car he says," my guy did match the tint, yours is just old and faded!". "You mean to tell me that amber hue tint fades to blue when it's old?" I responded. He had a cocky smirk on his face and kept cutting me off. He would not let me finish a sentence. I tried to reason with him. He said that they could put the same film on my other windows so it would match. And quoted me an inflated price. I was not going to give this shop any more money. Don’t go here. They are not professional. They are rude and condescending. They make mistakes and blame you. Tell me this any other tire /wheel professional: are hub caps a reliable source to tell how many lug nuts a wheel has? Because every hub cap I seen is snapped on not bolted down with lug nuts. They are fake rims. FAKE! How many car auto depot employees does it take to put on a rim ? Apparently fucking all of them and 8 hours. 8 hours to not even call and tell us that their idiots and ordered the wrong one. And they can’t even admit to making the mistake. In all there 20 years of service they never learned customer service. It’s really sad that no one there knows the guy who helped us either. All you hear is it wasn’t me I wasn’t here I didn’t do it. So you hire random people to do sales and order thousand dollar parts. And that’s my fault? Your taking a risk coming here. Just go down the street to the next one. This place does good work. However they do not listen to the customer's that well. They especially don't like it when they have to redo work they messed up on. They're also very expensive. They do not give refunds! I had made an appointment for my car to be tinted. Which they make you pay for in advance. Then I had to wait almost a month for them to do the installation. During that time I had an emergency come up and I needed money but they would not give me a refund even though I hadn't even gotten anything yet. Then on the day I was supposed to get my tint done I dropped my car off and it didn't even get done. They apologized and rescheduled me.
