Hamburguesas MATI — Restaurant in Pomona

If you haven’t checked out Hamburguesas Matí, you’re missing out on one of the best burger spots in town. This place delivers big flavor, big portions, and genuinely friendly service that makes you feel right at home.

I tried their signature burger, The Mexicana, and it was stacked high with crispy bacon, melty cheese, fresh veggies, a crunchy onion ring, and even a roasted pepper on top. Every bite was packed with bold, delicious flavor. The burger alone is a full meal, but it also comes with crispy fries and a side of wings.

Speaking of wings—the mango habanero wings are a must. They’re sweet, spicy, and have a great kick. The flavor is A+, and they come out hot and saucy, just how wings should be.

The portions here are no joke—you definitely get your money’s worth. Everything was served fresh, and the staff was super welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. It’s clear they take pride in both the food and the experience.

I keep it honest in my reviews. 1- walked in and the restaurant smelled like it was having a sewer problem. 2- service was very poor. 3- prices are crazy high and NOT worth what they provide/serve 4-If you get a combo you be getting a canned soda mid coldish, so no refills like in any other quality restaurant that serves burgers. 5- if you want water you have to pay $2 for a Costco Kirkland water bottle. 6- we waited about 5-10 min in between each of our 3 orders to be served. 7- kinda mention this already, but what a rip-off they are, $17.00 for a crazy messy Burger that falls apart after the 1st bite, $17 is NOT worth a freaking slice of ham and a cheap sliced hot dog weinner on your burger, RELAX!!!
