Never saw a more unorganized Taco Bell staff totally ignoring customers and telling them to order on the kiosks. I came before a dentist appointment at the Indian Hill Mall. Fountain machine turned off but not removed, no menu board posted to order, must go to kiosk to see menu uh ok what if someone else is there. I used my phone app to order. 3 Los Doritos nachos cheese tacos combo large Pepsi and fiesta cheese potatoes. I wait almost 15 minutes while they do drive thru and Uber eats orders and other customers. They finally call me they said Crystal my name is Christopher not Crystal clearly I'm male not female it's food only. I say where's the drink it was a combo. What flavor Pepsi like I requested on the app 15 minutes ago. I had to rush I didn't have time to finish before my dentist. I ended up throwing away and wasting money on a taco and the potatoes. Ok I ate two of three. But still if I didn't have to wait 15 minutes I wouldn't of had to rush. So if you want to stand around watch them do nothing but drag their feet come here. It was a better Taco Bell in the 80s-90s. So unorganized and chaotic now. I think my New dentist appointment lunch spot is going to be Tacos Mexico I can get Bean and cheese burrito chips sour cream and coke and they usually don't take forever at Tacos Mexico. I attempted to give this location the benefit of the doubt and when I asked the team member for the manager‘s contact information, the on-duty supervisor stated that they do not provide such information (which is false)
Most businesses have and a manager‘s contact card/info available for customers, upon request. But instead I was given the opportunity to leave my information. I don’t believe the associate/supervisor will provide it to the manager since it reflects poorly upon their performance.
Not being able to escalate customers concerns to the manager directly is disconcerting! I do believe there’s opportunity for coaching, to remedy these type and other situation that may arise and to encourage your associates to give what the customer has paid for! Always there when you need it to be and never anything other than what is expected of it, Taco Bell is kinda like your pet dog, or your parents. Dependable. The staff kept it very professional, as well as punctual. The order placed was served in a timely manner, and with a courtesy that only a tray full of A-grade, Mexi-merican food can deliver. The restaurant itself was peculiar in a way, laid out differently than any I have been to prior. Yet, it was a pleasant change, giving the area an open feeling, a phrase that is never conjured up in a fast-food restaurants first impression. All the while it allowed for a comfortable, painless, and timely dine in experience that was just what this customer needed during a lunch rush.
