Worse customer service 10/14/22 @9:20 pm first at the speaker girl didn’t even greaet us we proceed to ordering wasn’t done speaking when she would said what else in a annoyed mood, we let it go the vehicle before us (at window ) was having issues with there order handed the bags back to them when they don’t supposed to because hippa they handed this gentleman our order he scattered through the bags and threw them back to them … when we got to the window we told the cashier apperinly he is the manager for the shift (Gilberto) didn’t want to provide last name , he denied to have given them our order he said he wasn’t understanding and asked for my debit card to cancel the payment never apologized or offer to make a new order and is not that we are being extra this guy looked like he was under the influence of something he touch our food threw jt back and manager dinked this being rude told us to leave and quoted if we wanted the money back why didn’t we say so before and that was not the case we payed $48.00 w no problem existed for our food and customer service was horrible starting from cashier on drive through speaker and cashier on window didn’t get to eat do to it...
Read moreThe magnetic strip on my debit card doesn't swipe. The cashier was unable to enter the digits without a managers password. The manager claimed to be too busy to allow permission yet had the time to ask the cashier to retry, ask me if I had another method to pay, and then cancel the order. I've seen videos online of handheld imprint swipers from the '80s where no strip was needed. In 2019, niether the computers nor the Jack in the Box staff know what to do when this relatively common situation occurs. Chip readers came out years ago eliminating the magnetic stripe issues but JitB doesn't think 95% of all other businesses are on to something by using them. Read moreI liked that most times they are proactive and offer upgrade suggestions that you actually want , they seem clean , the bathroom is most times clean, my choices are made well and they have sauces you want about 80% of the time and they ask about 50% of the time, I'm forced to read a sign that says you have to ask for items other then your basic food , how will you eat rice without a spoon or fork and at times if you don't ask for the usual sauce you get nothing, the other annoying thing is locations differ greatly , and many times the drink dispenser that is so good does not work and or the drinks from drive thru are not the same , and food at lesser locations is sub par ,let me say , locations that are good, and you know who you are , really shine and you wont be...
