It's awesome. The lighthouse is super cool because you can see lots of stuff on top. On the bottom, you can see these muesums and things. When i was a little kid, I climbed it for the first time. And I got a certificate that said ' I survived (forget how many) steps of this lighthouse house' or something like that, and I got freaked out because it said 'survived' so I was thinking "Omg people HAVE DIED CLIMBING THIS THING!??!????" But that was not what it meant. Nobody died, but that freaked me out sooo......

The collection of old light house lenses here is a preeminent collection of national and international significance. The lighthouse itself is in excellent condition and open the public for climbing. Going to the top appearing out from the guardrail is a thrill in this beautiful and stout historic structure. Give yourself at least 2 hours to properly enjoy this location...

Her name was Kay Davis and I have a grand father by the name of Ayre. No relation, just an interesting coincidence. Felt like I was in the right place at the right time....
