Outstanding customer service. I talked to Pat who answered all my questions on the phone and even called me back right away when I had more questions. We purchased a generator that was also delivered to us by Leslie Electric company. We were surprised how fast it arrived at our home. Even the man who delivered it was kind and courteous and professional. I've gone here for years. Known for having what the other guyz don't. Horrible communication recently, geez talk about not caring about the customer or wanting to make a sale. The recepticle and cordend I called looking for are retailing well over $1000. Rudely told me to google it. Ok thats what ill do. Thanks
