Coastal Marine Services, LLC — Attraction in Port Clinton

I have to share my experience I had with Coastal Marine at Port Clinton, Ohio!! I am from Chamberlain, South Dakota, and I have been coming to Lake Erie for many years during April and May for walleye fishing. After fishing for the day, I was heading back to the dock and hit some under water structure and tore off my lower unit on the outboard motor. Early the next morning I called Coastal Marine and talked with Paul explaining the situation. He ensured me that he would do everything he could to help me get back on the water as soon as possible. He made my issue his top priority as he made many phone calls which even included getting on the internet looking up parts and calling those manufacturers. After an hour or two of phone calls he had rounded up parts from Vermont, Kentucky, and another location. His professional customer service is second to none. My first experience at this marina and I couldn’t say enough about them. Jeff was the first person that I spoke with and I knew right away that I was at the right place. I needed a boat pulled in an emergency situation and he was very understanding. He coordinated with Lewis the hoist operator and they said they would help me make it happen. I would like to add that this is on a Friday at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon. They helped me with everything I needed to get the boat out. Purchased a boat from Coastal and had a positive experience. Paul was easy to work the deal with, very accommodating and did not rush things along. Their service department is capable and supportive. Kevin from service is very knowledgeable. Coastal has excellent Customer service - even when things didn't go as planned (things rarely do with boats), they stood behind everything to make sure it was right. We don't often see that nowadays - that is a great selling point for any business.
