Blue Water Habitat for Humanity — Attraction in Port Huron

Oh my. What a terrible experience with one of the women working here today! She was extremely rude, and just would not stop! She just wanted to fight!

We come here to support Habitat and see what we can find to use around our home. Today we spent $100. But we almost didn't because of Carol with the red hair. My husband got upset at her rudeness, and put the items we were looking at back. He wanted to leave our cart of other items and walk out. I told Carol that I had never been treated so rudely and she became more rude. This woman has attitude! She blamed her attitude on me and continued to go on with her attitude. I finally told her to stop. Just stop. As she was walking away I asked her name. She said, "Carol. Why don't you call my boss. I'll give you her number," still with attitude.

God bless the other woman, Mary. Mary was wonderful! She must have apologized at least 50 times and helped my husband with our things. I asked if Carol was always like this. She replied, "Not this bad." Mary was so calm and very kind. And the reason we did make our purchase.

Carol was like one of those people you see at a road rage incident on the news. I wonder what the other customers thought about this.

This was really upsetting. No one should treat a customer this way. We have never been treated like this anywhere.

This was all over a pair of lights in already open boxes that she apparently thought we opened. Nope. Both boxes were already open when we saw them. One light was half way out of the box and missing a small part.

VERY POOR SERVICE. RUSHED MY HUSBAND AND I OUT OF THE STORE AND SHUT OFF THE LIGHTS WHILE WE WERE SHOPPING BECAUSE THEY COULDNT WAIT 2 MINUTES FOR US TO GET TO THE REGISTER WITH OUR MERCHANDISE. EVERY TIME WE COME IN THEY RUSH US SO NO LONGER WILL WE SHOP HERE. LAZY PEOPLE AND RUDE. IM A MANAGER AT ANOTHER LOCATION AND WE AREN'T ALLOWED TO TURN THE LIGHTS OFF ON CUSTOMER'S. FOR ONE ITS A SAFETY VIOLATION WHEN PEOPLE CANT SEE AND TRIP OVER DUCTWORK LAYING ON THE GROUND BECAUSE YOU CANT SEE TO MAKE IT UP TO THE REGISTER. THEY ARE LUCKY I DONT CALL MY LAWYER.
