This place really sucks for service, let me list why.
I've wrote corporate about this Tim Horton location many times. No use! I live right down the street and am retired so I go here often, easily spend $400 or more a month here. Problems: High turn over of employees; Many times out of off-the-shelf croissants and quality has gone way down, try a croissant in Canada then compare; Many times they've goof on my coffee order and put sugar, I get home and throw it away - not going back up so they can remake; Runs out of coffee cup sleeves; Of late, bagels with hardly any cream cheese on them (like they scraped it off!); Missing items in bag (don't leave window until you check the bag!); Get there too early after opening, nothing ready (go down the street to Port Huron Tim's and they're ready); Out of many donuts advertised depending on when you visit this location; Farmer's wrap made skimpy at times - at times you get normal size other times skimpy small wraps - new employees?; Writing corporate is useless! Corporate won't even respond back. The only good thing is that the window moves fast and the coffee is usually outstanding. If you think this review is inaccurate, go over the bridge to Canada and order a farmers wrap and croissant - compare - you'll see. Oh boy,...

One half of the sausage was a different color and tough and it tasted bad when I bit into it. Hash brown wasn't included with takeout order, coffee was without cream or sugar as requested so I turned car around and waited a few minutes at the counter. Employees made eye contact, I said "Hello, miss" a few time and was ignored. The couple behind me said the service was bad here. I commented that this was my first time. Again I hailed them staff to which one girl said "Can't you see we are busy here?" in a nasty tone. You can politely acknowledge we will be with you in a moment when you hear and make eye contact cant you? Is how they are trained here? I will say this was my first experience in a Tim Hortons here...
