I went and dropped off a Citizen watch that was missing the face but still working. I took my watch to this establishment because I have had them replace batteries in my other watches. But when I dropped off my watch they saw it was still working and said that they could get a crystal(face of watch) installed for $60. I said ok and waited to get a call from them. Weeks passed and I just stopped by to ask about it and they said they were waiting on parts. So a month later I get a call saying it was ready for pick up. I arrive at the store excited to get my watch back and the lady behind the country brings me the watch and I immediately notice there is no face or crystal on my watch. So I tell the lady and she grabs the watch and slams her thumb as if I lied about there not being a crystal and smashed the inside of my watch. Then the other lady comes up and says don't worry we'll send it back out and let you know as soon as it comes back. She even said we can take some of our broke watches to fix what was damaged. So I said ok and went about my day. I then get a call on Apr 22nd that my watch was ready for pick up and when I arrived a day later she tells me that the watch is irreparable and there is nothing they can do and I don't owe them anything. I was like my watch was fine until she stuck her finger in the middle of my watch crushing the hands, but they hand me my watch back after breaking it to where it no longer works and it never did. But if that was the case then they should have said that months ago or when I brought the watch in initially. I will no longer support this business because that...
Read moreTook me a very long time to leave this review. But here goes. I lost my dad unexpectedly a few years back. He was my everything. I found this jewelry place and it had amazing reviews so I trusted in them. I brought them some contents of my father’s safe. A beautiful cut amethyst and one of his silver coins. I wanted to melt the silver down and use the gem to make myself a ring so I could always wear it and think of him. The jeweler went through different designs with me and I picked one. I was so excited about my new ring! Mind you, I told him this whole story and he knew how much this ring meant to me. I went to pick my ring up and it was not at all what I had expected. It looked like a whole different ring. He didn’t even use the silver coin I asked of him. When I questioned him about it he just said, Fine, I will give you 20$ for the coin. He could care less. I didn’t have any fight in me and just wanted to cry. I didn’t want to break down in public so I just took my ring and left. It’s taken me years to write this and tell how disappointed and sad this whole experience still makes me. I paid over 400$ for a ring I can’t even stand to wear cuz it just upsets me too much. Be careful when going here. They didn’t give a shiii about me or what I asked of them. Three something years later and I’m still sitting here crying over the...
Read moreSaddened. I've been a loyal customer for several years. Bought our wedding rings there. Got diamond earrings for my wife. A necklace for our daughter's graduation. As I travel a lot I bought a beautiful necklace for my wife in NM. Unfortunately it was a bit short and I stopped bye to have some sort of extension put on it. The jewler without even looking at for a complete second said NO. I was confused as no explanation at all was said. Just a plain NO. At this point I was floored. It was as I was not worth his business. I couldn't understand as everytime I bought one of his items I was worth all the attention. When I asked why not. It just went into plane rudness. I told him you never treated me like this when I was buying jewelry from you. Immediately the female who works with him started yelling at me as I walked out the door. Just a horrible experience. Fortunately for us another jewler took on the necklace and in one day solved our issue. Just sad to see how a loyal customer was absolutely obliterated by the two of them when all I wanted was to have a necklace adjusted for my wife on our 32nd anniversary. The lesson here is that it looks like you will be treated with decency as long as you don't buy from anyone else. Even if they...
