Antique Alley — Attraction in Portland

Disclaimer this review is more for the fact that antique alley has no regulations for what their vendors are selling.

If you have been here I'm sure you have seen the case with star wars collectables, well I purchased a 1985 Droids Boba Fett figure for what I thought was a reasonable price ($500) and upon having it checked out it is the wrong fett stuffed in a reproduced package with a fake coin priced as if it were authentic, this was not an accident by the vendor. And when I contacted antique alley the girl that answered said "Sorry you're unhappy with your purchase but it's not our problem" and they would not give the contact info of the vendor. I dont want someone else to get scammed for a collectable that worth about 1/100 of what you'll pay. Antique Alley needs to require this seller to disclose he is selling fake products priced authentic, who knows how many fake products he has stuffed in that case priced for thousands of dollars.

Long Story Short: Priced as Authentic turned out to be fake, Antique Alley wont help get in contact...

Tried to go back the other day only to realize pretty much every booth I loved to shop was gone. There’s a lot more empty slots too. I went to try and find where some of my favorite vendors went, surprise when I found out what happened. New management sounds extremely disrespectful, the owner completely clueless, and the remaining employees fall into these categories as well. The owners comments on the other more recent reviews are laughable because I shows how clueless he is or that it’s management trying to cover their behinds. I’ve seen the videos of you being rude to the people gathering their belongings, I’ve also read the multiple accounts of you not following your lease agreements to give people their money back (and on top of that charging deposits the owner didn’t know about) Unfortunately this was my favorite and go to spot but the people you let lead and chose to believe have ruined it. I heed warning to anyone who wants to vend here, and if you still shop here I encourage you to take the most recent reviews...

There is great STUFF here if you’re looking for vintage or toys. Not so many true antiques, but they have great vintage for sure. The guys who work the counter where you pay behave like you’re a bother and are not very helpful at all. One just leans against the counter and doesn’t budge. They really need to up their game on customer service. Fun to walk around in here and peruse, some great vintage items and you can tell 90% of the vendors care and work really hard to bring in great stuff to sell. They play 80’s synth pop too — I loved that. There are a couple of booths that are really gross, full of dust and items that haven’t been touched, cleaned, or moved by the vendors in many years — customers have written notes to the vendor in the dust. That part is yuck! Oh, they ONLY TAKE CASH, so prepare...
