Blush Beauty Collective — Attraction in Portland

Being in the wedding industry, I’m no stranger to Laura and Blush Beauty Collective. My husband and I eloped in August last year, and then had our larger reception on Thursday, March 20th. I knew even before a trial that there was nobody else I trusted to make me look and feel beautiful on two of the most important days of my life, and they absolutely delivered. In August, Melanie did both my hair and makeup. In March, Laura did makeup for me, my bridesmaids, and my mom, while Melanie handled hair for all of us. Most of my wedding party, myself included, rarely wear makeup or have our hair done professionally, but Laura and Melanie listened, understood, and executed looks that made us feel comfortable, beautiful, and (most importantly) like ourselves. One of the most important things for me was being able to look back on photos and still recognize myself, and they made that happen perfectly. Laura’s timeline was spot on, we started exactly on time and finished exactly when she said we would, which was essential. When I first got engaged and started thinking about wedding planning I was overjoyed and overwhelmed all at the same time! And when it came to choosing stylists for my bridal hair & makeup, I honestly wasn’t even sure where to start. I was so lucky to work with Blush Bridal Collective for my wedding on 12/14/24. There are not enough words to express how wonderful their team is to work with and how beautiful they made me feel and I would recommend them to anyone AND everyone!! Specifically Laura did my make up and Mel did my hair. Both hair and makeup lasted ALL night and Laura even provided a touch up kit that included the lip color I used so I could reapply! The updo was elegant and classy and my makeup was so natural and glamorous at the same time!! The team was so kind and thoughtful and made me comfortable from the time I met them! My bridesmaids commented that they felt so gorgeous and I spotted a few of them each taking sly selfies right after they each had their look complete because they loved it so much! My mom, who has had her hair/makeup done many times before, kept receiving comments from her friends about how wonderful she looked and that she and I looked like models!! (What a compliment!!!)
