After 2 weeks on an inflatable mattress at the in-laws, and an 11-hour flight back home, my lower back was WRECKED. I couldn’t get into my chiropractor, so I knew a visit to the Fly Dragon would help ease the pain, and once again, they didn’t disappoint. This is my fourth visit over the past year, and I’ve had both the 1-hour “Foot Reflex,” as well as the 30-minute “Focused Area Treatment.” On this visit, I opted for the targeted 30-minute “Shoulder+Back+Neck” treatment, and was led to the communal treatment room. I placed my belongings in the plastic bin, took my shoes and socks off, and was asked to lay face-down on the towel-covered table. All clothes remain on, and a towel was placed over my back. I was asked if the pressure was ok, and where any problem areas were. After the treatment, I was given a bottled water and rice crackers. Overall, it’s quite simple, very clean, affordable, professional, and an effective sports massage-type focused treatment. (If that’s what you need/opt for.) I highly recommend, especially for the ease of getting in for an appointment, the price, and effectiveness of the treatment!

So I guess there's two accounts for this spa on Google reviews, so I'm just going to post the same review I posted on the other account, it's the exact same spa, so I'm sure that's fine. Always a 5 star massage! I just left (yesterday actually) and wow! I've been going here for about 3 years now, first the inside was way better than expected when I first opened the front doors, I just posted some pictures too. I just want people to know good service, and this is it. The foot reflexology is almost a full body experience and affordable. And the full body massage is better than 99% of massages you'll find. To be fair. They have a sauna, napping area, lockers and keys, showers, and wommens only and men only indoor hot tubs in the locker room. Check it out, you'll be surprised.

Fly Dragon is by far my favorite Asian massage parlor - and I lived in Asia for a year! I make it a point to stop by every time I am in town. The staff is friendly, thorough and accommodating- the foot massage includes neck and shoulders too!

This was a real experience and this is a real review. Anyone who put down 5 stars is a liar. Im surprised this place isn't shut down. I should of learned my lesson a year ago when I had a bad experience. This time around it was worst. It was weired and scary. I called 2 hours earlier to set up an appointment for a foot reflexology and told the person on the phone I had also bought 2 day passes for my husband and I. When we got there 10mins early there was no one around to greet us in the front. We had to wait a good 3 minutes just wondering where the staff was at. Then a man came and talked to me I told him that I called at asked for a foot reflexology and I have bought 2 spa day from Groupon. He ignored me then pulled out his personal phone and called someone and made me talk on that phone 4 times because he didn't speak english, and the other guy on the phone English was just as bad. Then the staff was arguing in front of me because no staff in that building could speak a lick of English. Then they told me that I have to wait an your before I can get a massage because they dont have much staff. I told them I didn't want to wait and then the guy asked me if I wanted one now. I told him yes and I already made an appointment for this time and I don't want to wait 1 hour. So then he told me to go to the tables so I did then askes me to roll up my tights to above my knee. I got frusted because I paid for the spa day so I wanted to get change my clothes and use the bathroom first they told me no because I'll take too long. They endes up giving me some ugly clothes to wear. My message was so hard like deep tissue. I kept on telling the guy who was massaging me that he's doing it too hard and then he replies HARDER! And massages me harder. I was in agony pain the entire time and instead of a back massage he just pushed stright down on my back instead of grabbing my meat and mussels. After the massage I was escorted to tje dry sauna were my husband was. Then I asked for some tea. When the lady brought us tea I asked her what kind of tea is it. She replied, "tea, hot hot tea". Ummm okay..... After the sauna I asked if my husband and I could go to the hot tub together and they told us yes to go in the mens hottube. Then after 5 mins they told us to go to the womens hot tub. We stayed in the hot tub for 20mins or so and the hot tube will just not get hot at all. When we went and payed for the massage, i paid with a card and while signing the receipt then front desk guy put his head close to mine so he can see if I put down a tip. After signing the receipt he said tip. Tip tip. I told him no I didn't get good service or good massage so I dont want to tip. He and a women ran out the door following me to my car asking for a tip. My husband was scared they were going to kill us. The entire time my husband said he couldn't relax because he felt like this place wasn't right. Many things was wrong with this place. For example, they want you to pay cash, theres a naked girl picture in the mens restroom, no one spoke English and no one smiled at us only stares. And they ran up to our car...

Had an annual girls' spa day with two other friends at Fly Dragon. We had no idea what to expect from this not-your-average Portland spa facility, but overall it was an enjoyable quirky experience. We bought the spa package which allowed us to use the hot tub, dry sauna, and relaxation room in between treatments. We were also provided with a ridiculous outfit to wear around the facilities--basically bloomers and a pull over tunic top, yellow w/ pink trim, and matching pink slippers. The hilarity of the outfit quickly turned to irritation--it wasn't particularly comfortable, it certainly wasn't flattering, and I for one had to hold the bloomers up when we were walking around as the elastic waist was stretched out. I think we had envisioned wearing flowing kimono style robes with flying dragons on them ;-) And robes would have made the transition between massages and sauna that much more comfortable. Anyway, we all started in the hot tub--it's basically your standard hot tub sitting in a not private oversized locker room (though we had the room and the tub to ourselves that day), but it does the job. Then we had the hour long "foot" massage--which as other reviewers describe, is more of a full body massage and absolutely wonderful. We hung out in the dry spa and the relaxation room (picture a dark media room full of oversized lazy boy recliners) for a bit--we were on our own in both, so we chatted--and my two friends had full body massages (which they both said were great) and I had a table shower. Never having had a table shower before I was a bit nervous (a friend described it as getting scrubbed down with sandpaper) but it was a disappointing experience for me--it was interesting, but basically you're on a padded cadaver-style table in the locker room getting sprayed down with warm water and washed with a loofah and salt. I didn't feel particularly more exfoliated than I would after a shower at home and for the price, I would have rather had another foot massage. We ended the afternoon all together again with a tea service. All for a reasonable price. All in all, a good day but a sense of humor and...

There is a reflexology guy who is great but I don't recommend this place because of the owner. The first time I went with my husband who had some initial questions. The owner became irritated with him.

I let it go thinking it was a one off and went back again. I got the same guy for reflexology and it was good.

The third time I went it was a disaster. I had called to set up a 3:00 appointment and the owner said it would be better to come at 2:30 based on his schedule. I agreed but when I arrived he said things were backed up and asked if I could wait 25 minutes. I had the time so I waited then he tells me he can get me in but not with the person specifically asked for, but his wife. At that point I should have held my ground but I was tired and indecisive.

So this woman starts the treatment; it is ok but nothimg like the guy. Toward the end she suddenly leaves. I am on my stomache and I am waiting for her to return when abruptly I feel a different set of hands on me. They don't feel good; they are trembling and the touch is uneven and rough. It is too hard and hurts. I feel paralyzed somehow though able to utter "OUCH " and ask who it is. Turns out it was the owner Randy! He said that the woman had an appointment and had to leave.

This felt like a complete violation and was totally inappropriate. He should never assume that he can just come in unannounced and start touching someone's body. I was creeped out (and bruised in parts) for days afterwards and will never go back there.

This is my first time posting any kind of review publicly. I do not want a response...
