Gave one dose after going to the nurses station. The room was later equipped with a port a potty. If a person doesn't want to eat or picks on their food, they shouldn't claim they are eating better. Food is on their schedule, unless they leave behind some Ensure or a desert. The rooms were not considered anymore safe from falls with the stuff around. Rooms were dark and gloomy. They used the closet for storage. The large room for activities with the large TV looked more like it was not being used. Expressed my concerns with continuing to give antipsychotics to a person with dementia prescribed by another doctor prior to rehab and was ignored. The button to call was usually on the side of the bed and hard to see. Staff is slow to respond. Could be they don't have the staffing they should.
