Ala CARTS — Restaurant in Portland

This is the dirtiest food cart spot I have ever seen. It's so disgusting I didn't want to get in my car after walking around. Its like a trashed out tent village that is being used as a food court. The 1 usable port-a-potty was full of trash and abandoned clothes. Based on the number of syringe caps on the ground in front of them, I was honestly surprised an overdosed drug addict didn't spill out with the trash, when my girlfriend opened the door. I hope those carts can move some where better, or the land lords of that lot will start trying to keep it...

Nice little section of carts. Been here about 5 times now. There's not much good food out in this area if you cant eat gluten or dairy so this place gets an extra half star. The pupasa place and Mexican place are great. My wife is gf and df so there are some options for her. Thai place is pretty solid but not why I come. I will update this again as I want to try more places but a few never seem to be open when I go even when their hours say they should be. Luckily we've always tried something else that was open and left...

Yummmmmm great prices great food great service nice friendly people this is what makes Portland Oregon better than any other spot in the United States highly recommended and also if you have never tried a panucho! you have to try it make sure sour cream and avocados on there if you like it straight from the Yucatan I grew up on on these my best friend was from Yucatan and his mom used to make these every week I got addicted to them LOL but make sure you try all the little stands each one has its own...
