Great little network of trails with a hidden gem of a waterfall! I only did a small portion just to check out the fall, but there are a few choices if you want to come back frequently. There were some steeper parts, but generally very manageable. I got from the trailhead to the waterfalls in about 15 minutes. It was a little middle this time of year, so wear the right shoes! I didn't check to confirm if it's dog friendly but I did see someone with their dog out there. It looks like the trail team was out there making improvements too, I saw some new steps they put in. Take your lunch break to get out and get...
Read moreWe took our dog here the other day and really enjoyed this network of trails! There are signs and maps at every intersection so navigating your choice of trails is very easy. It was a quick walk down to the falls then we took the pink trail loop back to the white trail, from the white tail we took the yellow trail, then the indigo trail and then back to orange trail and the parking lot on Rowe Ave. It ended up being a 2.5 mile loop. My major complaint is nothing seemed to be flagged right, or the maps posted were wrong. Both my brother and I couldn't make heads or trails of which trail we were on, the map, with a giant star for your location, would say we are on the orange trail, but there would be blue blazes on the trees. It's not a huge preserve and it's fairly easy to find your way around but something is off on that trail. Parking is fairly limited, but it doesn't appear to be a...
