Jump-N-Fun — Attraction in Portland

I am so glad we choose Jump-N-Fun to order a jump house through! First, they had an 11’ x 11’ foot jump house, which was perfect for our yard and not many companies had the smaller jump house. We ordered it from 2:30-8pm, when they sent a confirmation the day before they let me know it was going to be delivered between 9-10am, which was odd for my times but considering it was a home birthday party it was fine for us. The Guy came to do delivery and set up right on time for the confirmation; he was kind and helped me move stuff out of the way and got the jump house set up super fast and cleaned it. More importantly, he also Confirmed with me that we will not be charged for the extra time and he was still going to be picking up at 8 PM, which he did and was very prompt and equally efficient and kind with his pick up, even making sure things went great and asked if my daughters birthday was fun! We had a full day of fun and my daughter was so excited to have a jump house at our house all day and the price was great! Amazing experience. I had never rented something like this before and had no idea what to expect. Quick response, answered all my questions, was on time friendly and made sure everything was set up properly. Instructed me on how to work the bounce house. The bounce house was well maintained not all rundown and dirty like some of the other sites. arrived on time for pick up and take down. Didn't rush me as it was a later evening pick up. Very nice and respectful. Contacted them to book another and he remembered me and had all my info already in his system which I appreciate. I will only book with them.
