Taqueria Los Tres Hermanos — Restaurant in Portland

Since moving to the pacific northwest it has been hard to find a great taqueria, with slow cooked (not just pan fried) chicken tacos, and other truly home-cooked tasting cuisine. This place was recently recommended and is incredible. It's an outdoor food cart with a large heated building for an indoor eating area. I kinda curious why someone would post something negative about this food cart 22 hours ago when the food cart has been closed for at least a couple of years? The owner has been trying to stay open and serve the employees from the county and from the residents from a cross the street with food that is a bit uncommon to find in the Portland area.
