I've been fortunate enough to visit several times for a variety of services, and let me tell you – Xenana Spa never disappoints. Each visit has been a remarkable experience, thanks to the incredibly talented team. I’ve had the pleasure of booking with a few different staff members, and I can confidently say that each one has exceeded my expectations.

A year ago, I took my fiancé for his very first massage at Xenana – he couldn't believe what he had been missing! Shane was warm, attentive, and made him feel completely at ease, turning a first-time experience into an unforgettable one.

More recently, I’ve had the privilege of booking with Shuba, and she is nothing short of a dream. As I prepare for my wedding, Shuba has worked her magic to help me feel (and look) my best. Her expertise is top tier; and she’s generous in sharing her knowledge, taking time to explain the benefits of various products tailored to my skin type and age. Shuba even created a personalized self-care plan for me to follow in between appointments, ensuring I stay glowing long after I leave the spa. Her genuine kindness and thoughtful care are evident from the moment you meet her.

I've been visiting Zenana on and off for over 4 years- and I can't believe its taken me this long to express how much I am in love with this place!!!

Originally I visited Zenana for pedicures and manicures (pre-Covid). Once I set foot into this calming, safe and welcoming place I knew I found a gem. I'm unsure of what pedicures are like post Covid, but I will mention that the gal who offered this service was incredibly sweet and friendly.

Post Covid, I have ventured back into getting massages- slightly terrified but ready to give it a try. I've had the "nurturing massage" from Tina who I swear has magical fingers. Seriously, Tina has a gift and I cannot say this enough. I haven't had a massage in over two years, and now Tina has converted me to getting back into monthly massages (or whenever my wallet allows)!

The reception staff are friendly and warm, always willing to grab you a tea or water while you wait. As someone who hasn't been interacting with lots of people for the past year and a half, they made me feel welcome and cared for.
