They are true to their farm-to-table mission and bring a variety of fresh ingredients in, creating beautifully executed dishes. Our favorite dishes are the sunchokes, farm egg, mussel escabeche toast, steak frites, and chicory salad. The burger is also a hearty, delicious meal, straying from the overly popular smashburger trends with a thick patty. Service is friendly and knowledgeable.
