After putting in an initial request for service, Jim immediately returned our call and was at our business to take a look at our system within 25 minutes of our first phone call. Simply outstanding! Jim with NH Digital Interiors arrived on time as agreed and fully prepared with all the necessary tools. He was timely, honest, focused and highly attentive to detail. He mounted my new 75" Samsung TV on a wall and took care of concealing the wires. We hit a snag when the mount I personally purchased screws were not big enough for the TV but low and behold he had spares with him and was able to get the job done.
