With every bite, we can tell that so much love and care has been infused into every spore by Patrick... so you can literally taste the difference. In addition, each trip is an adventure with not only excellent customer service, but personal stories, facts, and mushroom knowledge that enable us to take new information, and even new mushrooms sometimes, home with us! We have tried and thoroughly enjoyed every variety we've tried has been a win from different varieties of oyster mushrooms, to lionsmane, chestnut, and a new favorite... coral mushrooms!
