Stutz Park — Attraction in Provo

This is a beautiful park that I really enjoying coming to with my dog. Unfortunately, I cannot come here even when it’s empty without someone showing up with an off leash dog ( some times it’s groups up to 10) immediately charging my dog and I as we’re just trying to train and enjoy our time. They’re usually super disrespectful and put 0 effort into trying to control, contain, and recall their dogs.
