I chose this company based on the Google reviews so I feel compelled to add my review. I was initially put off when bringing my desktop computer in. The price changed from the initial phone call. But.... After they got it opened, they saw it was not a gaming computer, it was just a regular desktop in a gaming tower so I could have the cool lights ;) It only took 3 days to fix and even though one of the things wrong was due to my mess up, they didn't make me feel silly. Jake (I think that's his name) glossed right over that detail and told me the other repairs that were made to fix me up. And man! My computer is quiet again, running so smooth, you'd think I bought a new one! My sons and I streamed a movie together and that quiet mom moment was brought to me by this group. Thank you. I appreciate you and you absolutely have a customer in me. *Now, had I had a gaming computer, I would have still been fine with the price. Both are good prices for the accurate and timely...

My MacBook Air got some water on it and my track pad started not working properly. I swung into hard at work computers and the guy was great. He gave me a dry reasonable price to replace the trackpad and recommended I could a few things to get any moisture out as well as use a mouse to see if it would resolve over time. I am going to take his advice and try to get any moisture out before spending money on fixing it. Very cool a shop owner spent time helping me trouble shoot without charging me anything. I only called just to get a quote on my 2020 MacBook Pro for a battery change and the guy on the phone was super helpful.He advised that even though they would love to get my business that,after I described my tech issues to him,it would be cheaper to get it seen by an Apple tech due to warranty.It seems like a minor assurance for some but to me it shows a good show of character of this establishment and I definitely will only be coming here if I get any other tech issues with my...
