Pocket Park for Pups — Attraction in Queen Creek

I loved coming here with my huskey. The dogs that come here are well mannered and behave very well. I think I have only seen one out of control dog there and it happened to be my German Shepard. Once I can get my German Shepard to listen and behave better I will be coming back for sure. The grass there is seasonal so during the winter and summer the grass goes dormat. Then between summer and winter, "Arizona so called spring and fall", the grass comes back. There are 2 parks separated by a fence. There is one large park for the bigger dogs then there is a fence that separates the smaller park from the big park so the smaller dogs have their own play area away from the big dogs. There is a doggie water fountain there but it only work ls occasionally. You are better off bringing your own water...

Wonderful small dog park in Queen Creek. They have a smaller or timid dog side and a larger dog side. There are plenty of bags for poop. There’s a water fountain and a dog water fountain. There are benches and trees. In general, this is a great place. People just need to remember that if your dogs aren’t dog park dogs don’t take them. Some people like to bring chairs here and lounge around in groups. Almost everybody here is super friendly and their dogs are very nice. Parking is great plenty of it. And there is a public bathroom. That’s always open. The dog area is rectangular and simplistic. But the dogs seem very happy here when we go. Every day, the park, Ranger will come by and check in. Update: so they are adding grass now. They have a temp dog park across the street at the park and let me just say OMG!! I wish the dog park looked like that! So many trees and nice place to sit!! Shady which is nice since we live in AZ and the heat is no joke. Love taking pictures because it’s beautiful! Hope they make the park look like that! This location is ok. Never any grass just dirt so know your dog is going to get dirty. There is two sides one for small dogs and the other for big dogs. There are some benches which are nice. That’s really it. Pretty spacious...
