Gong Cha isn’t my usual choice for boba, but the Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte that I tried was pretty good. It was $6.75 + an additional 20% off with the grand opening promotion, which runs until 2024/10/13. The creme brulee topping wasn’t torched as the advertisement picture showed, but the flavor was very much creme brulee-y, so you’re only missing out on the crunchy texture of the sugar crystals. I don’t remember seeing an option to adjust the sugar level when I ordered, but I found the default to be perfectly not too sweet. There were also some small strawberry chunks at the bottom, so I think they use real strawberry puree instead of a syrup (or at least a mix). There is a self-service kiosk in addition to a cashier. 13-minute total wait time during a very busy lunchtime.

I bought pearl milk tea for twice and both taste are terrible. No taste of tea. Only milk.😂 It’s the worst taste I ever had in Taiwan and America in past 35 years.

I always order regular ice. When they give it to you theres like specs of ice in it and 2 minutes later they are completely melted. I think only once they gave me regular ice for real and the right of amount of syrup, that was the best drink I've had there. 6/7 times I've been here they gave me warm drinks. I even tried to ask for extra ice once and it was the same result. They are inconsistent in flavor too depending on who makes it. They measure it but use the same amount of syrup for medium versus large. The result usually makes for a flavorless large. I end up adding ice and more fruit syrup at home. This is the only Gongcha I've been to with...

I ordered the Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3J's (with pearls, pudding & herbal jelly), and it was amazing! The toppings were super generous, and the drink was perfectly balanced. The staff were also really friendly and made the experience even better....
