Ordered the Pork Loin Katsu ($17.95 + additional 20% discount with the grand opening promotion lasting until 2024/10/13). Prices are on the higher end, but the portion size was enough for two meals, so it was worth it (even more so with the current promotion).
I was worried that the pork would be dry based on looks, but it actually wasn’t dry at all, and the outside was still crispy by the time I got home. I especially liked the rice, which tasted like sushi rice, and the sauce. The sauce did not taste like traditional katsu sauce that I am used to, but it was very tasty in its own way—creamy and lots of umami.
