Worst service I have ever experienced. When I came up to order, the cashier did not look up from her phone. After 5 minutes, she finally met my eyes and put in my order. I order 16 pieces of honey garlic chicken and waited 45 minutes. There were piles of chicken on the counter, yet she didn’t notify which numbers were ready (I was number 15). When the first 15 minutes passed, I assumed maybe the kitchen was busy, so I didn’t want to blame the workers since they’re also human. However, after waiting another 15 minutes with multiple piles of chicken bagged on the counter, I assumed that one of those had to be mine (it was). After a few minutes, she called finally called all the orders. I could understand that maybe she was busy with phone calls or other customers, but no. She was browsing on her pink phone (no this wasn’t a work phone). I didn’t even get my side of pickled radish because I was in a rush to leave and didn’t check the bag (since I did not think I had to wait 45 minutes…for my chicken that was sitting right there). I wanted to go up and ask and maybe I should’ve, but I did not want to cause a scene. I wouldn’t be writing this if it were a busy day, but it there was barely anyone eating there on a Wednesday Afternoon. Terrible service, hoping one of the other cashiers are there since I’ve never had service like this before...

Amazing food, service, and convenient as it is located in HMart!

We ordered 16pc wings honey garlic, and 8pc boneless secret sauce.

The honey garlic wings were so juicy and crispy. Perfect amount of sauce, it is on the sweeter side but the garlic flavor is there as well. Overall, the quality of the fried chicken wings were amazing.

The secret sauce boneless isn’t our favorite, but still good. We didn’t exprct it to be similar to a bbq flavor. I prefer the wings over boneless because the meat on wings are juicier and more tender.

Our cashier is amazing and gave us excellent service. The lines were long but she was smiling, greeted everyone, helpful and friendly. She was super attentive and gave us extra sides when we asked.

I placed an online order around 3:30 PM and I am extremely disappointed. When I opened my box of fried chicken, I was shocked to find that the pieces were severely undercooked. As you can see in the photos, the chicken is visibly raw and pink on the inside, something that is not only unacceptable but also a serious food safety issue.

This should never happen at any food establishment, let alone one that specializes in chicken. It’s incredibly frustrating and dangerous to receive food like this, especially when you’re paying for what’s supposed to be a fully cooked meal.

I expected way better, and I hope management takes this seriously before someone ends up...
